Tom was born and raised in Hamdem, Connecticut. In 2013 he attended an umpire camp that made it able for him to receive a scholarship  to attend the 2014 session of The Umpire School in Vero Beach, Florida. Tom graduated at the top of his class and was given an invitation to the PBUC evaluation course, where based on his preformance he was offered an umpiring job in Minor League Baseball. During the season Tom travels as an umpire in the NY-Penn League (Short Season A).  Tom graduated from Southern Connecticut State University with a degree in Sports Management. His hobbies include playing hockey and golf. Tom is beyond excited to be representing YUA on the East Coast, and is looking forward to joining us Feb. 5-10, 2015 for our training sessions on the west coast.
